Shipping and Returns

We ship worldwide from our Mumbai office via courier.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We usually take 7 to 10 working days to process an order. If we have your order piece in your size in stock, we can ship on the next working day on request

We also accept made to measurements and custom orders which takes a longer time. 

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Once your item has been processed and dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-5 working days within India. Should you need an expedited delivery please email us on studio@zuilee.in.

Shipping charges within India are INR 200 and INR 100 will be charged additionally for cash-on-delivery orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to almost all major countries using DHL or FEDEX as our logistics partner.

Shipping to customers outside of India attracts a small additional charge. The amount varies according to location and you will be informed according to the shipping details provided by you, when you are placing your order.

Please be aware that the above shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may levied upon reaching the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be.

ORDERING MULTIPLE PRODUCTS

If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready. 
However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at studio@zuilee.in with your order number, we shall do the needful.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information. 

You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section of  www.zuilee.in  by inserting the tracking number supplied. 

ORDER DELAYS

Firstly, we'd like to apologize. We work hard to avoid delays. We let you know about if & when they arise. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us, please email us at studio@zuilee.in   & we will get back to you within 48 hours.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. 

Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and production of the outfit has not started already.
